As a Cloud Solution Specialist, you will have to

have a strong background in VMWare, Azure Stack HCI, Nutanix, Azure Cloud, Datacenter Migration, DevOps, Terraform, Backup, and Storage. As a Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex IT solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the architecture aligns with business goals and technical requirements

We are looking for candidate with desired skills to:

- Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including Migrations, provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance and security- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable Azure cloud infrastructure.- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud services.- Good Knowledge on Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well Architecture Framework (WAF)- Implementation and management of Public and internal DNS server.- Monitor and optimize cloud performance, cost, and security.- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, and PowerShell.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.- Implement and maintain disaster recovery and backup solutions.- Stay up to date with the latest Azure services, features, and best practices.- Strong knowledge of Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, SQL PaaS, and security.- Designing and implementing IAM policies to ensure secure and efficient user access management.- Experience in deployment and configuration of VMware environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, and related components.- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for VMware environments, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.- Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex issues within the VMware infrastructure.- Develop and design SDDC solutions, integrating vSAN for storage virtualization and NSX-T for network virtualization- Expertise in Nutanix/VxRail deployment and Lifecycle Management.- Install, configure, and manage VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts and vCenter Server.- Perform regular updates and patch management for vSphere components- Configure and manage Veeam Backup & Replication jobs to ensure data protection across virtual and physical environments- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud is a plus.

We are looking for a Cloud Solution Specialist with:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure and networking (with 3+yrs in cloud engineering and consulting, with a strong focus on Azure, and AWS etc)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Az-500, AZ-700,Az-305, VMware Certified Advanced Professional/Nutanix certified professional, etc.,) are highly desirable
