JD Assistant Mangager - Finance :

Experience Required : 8 + Years

Education : CA / CMA Inter

Work location: Hinjevadi Phase 1, Pune.


Tax Deducted at source (TDS):

  • Preparing report for TDS.
  • Filing of TDS returns with the Income-tax authority.


AR :

  • Filing of TDS returns with Income tax authority:
  • Booking of AR invoices and tracking collections.
  • Increase in AR activities includes multiple customers, including Dialog, Velocity, Optus, NCS Pte Ltd., etc.
  • Raising of iBuy Request through CC wise and tracking


Asset :

  • Capitalization of Assets.
  • Depreciation sheet is working.
  • Physical Verification of Assets.


SEZ Reports :

  • Preparation of Service Register.
  • Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Reports.


Payroll Reconciliation :

  • Reconciliation of payroll with the P&C team for audit purposes.


Bank:

  • Checking on FIRC and e-BRC with Citi Bank.
  • Preparation of BRS
