Job Description :

DevOps engineer whose roles and responsibilities are a combination of technical and management roles. It is essential to have excellent communication and coordination skills to successfully integrate various functions in a coordinated manner and deliver the responsibilities to the customer's satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

1. Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs

2. Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities.

3. Managing stakeholders and external interfaces

4. Setting up tools and required infrastructure

5. Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation

6. Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.

7. Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs

8. Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage

9. Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible

10. Incidence management and root cause analysis

11. Coordination and communication within the team and with customers

12. Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)

13. Mentoring and guiding the team members

14. Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs

Requirements :

1. Must and required experience in Kubernetes-based DevOps activity, need to build and maintain a highly available system in Kubernetes

2. Experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (Groovy script)

3. Implement an auto-scaling system using Kubernetes nodes

4. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes administration and Docker concepts

5. Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems

6. Creating automation in the deployment process using multiple tools (Jira, Jenkins, Terraform, and other automation scripts)

7. Implement a Helm chat-based environment setup

8. Basic understanding of programming language and Framework (Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django, Node JS/Express, Angular, Android & IOS)

9. Operation experience in both Windows and Linux operating systems

10. Experience with container networking and Docker

11. Must have relevant experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud deployment technologies

12. Minimum 3+ years of experience.
