Role : As a Technical Manager at Incedo you will be working on the products and solutions in the cloud native, virtualization and networking domain providing fundamental and advanced solutions for cloud deployment and observability for a market leader in Application Delivery Controller solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical expert within the Cloud Native team, providing strategic guidance and hands-on involvement in the design and implementation of cloud-native solutions.
  • Manage/Guide team of 8+ engineers, full stack, QA and devOps.
  • Architect and develop scalable, resilient, and efficient cloud-native solutions, ensuring they align with our business goals and technical standards.
  • Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends, integrating new tools and practices to enhance our cloud capabilities.


Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing cloud-native solutions, with a deep understanding of cloud services like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI, Virtualization (VMWare, KVM) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficient in infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and drive technical decisions without direct authority.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable, and performant solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, isolate and resolve issues related to systems or networking quickly.
  • Proficient in one or more programming languages relevant to cloud development.
  • Experience in setting up production grade DevOps process for multiple environment setup (Dev, QA, UAT, Stage, Prod etc.)
  • Agile mindset and experience with agile development methodologies.


Required Qualifications

  • B.E./B. Tech. in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of software development experience with significant exposure to cloud computing, cloud infrastructure and applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an agile team environment.
  • A proven high-performer and team-player, with the ability to take the lead on projects.
