Job Responsibilities :

Core TechnicalDetail engineering activities and site support.Preparation of engineering deliverables like Concept design, details, Specifications and BOQ.Sizing and selection of Materials

Review of other discipline inputs like Structural, HVAC, Electrical etc

Support Preparation of material & purchase requisitions

Interdisciplinary checks and co-ordination.

Providing technical inputs to other disciplines.

Support and resolution of site queries.

Vendor evaluation, inspection and testing.Review of vendor offers and Technical Bid EvaluationSupport in factory approvals and Inspection of materials like furniture and other items

Plan and organize project related activities.Provide status reports and feedback of work progress to Lead.Proposal EngineeringPrepare Architecturalbudget estimate for the projectPrepare man hours estimate for Architectural and Interior related activities

To keep abreast of the latest trends and technology.To attend technical training and seminars and keep abreast of latest trends and technology.Continuously review obsolescence of technology and evaluate application of new & profitable technologies.

Responsibilities when operating as a part of Project task ForceReview of DEC / vendor documents to ensure that these are complying to codes and project specification and construction requirementsReview of engineering deliverable like Design basis, specifications, drawings, sizing and selection of Materials

Review of vendors offers and TR and close co-ordination with procurement for order finalization

Interdisciplinary checks and co-ordination

Consolidation and filtering of comments from operations, maintenance and technology on Drawings , technical specifications, vendor documents and other pre specified technical documents

Resolve the inter discipline or inter stake holders contradictions where agreement is not arrived at the matter shall be brought to the task force lead engineers

Participate in engineering review meetings with DEC / vendors

Maintaining and keeping a track of documents required to be submitted by DEC / vendors vis-à-vis the documents received

Prioritize and expediting the issue of documents by DEC as per procurement and construction needs.

Participate in FAT/SAT and inspection at vendor's works. Provide field engineering support at site

• Landscape Planning, Landscape Design, and Landscape Architecture skills • Landscaping and Planting Plans skills • Strong knowledge of horticulture and landscape materials • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field • Experience in sustainable design and green infrastructure is a plusRole & responsibilities1. To be Responsible for the overall management of Landscape (Hardscape & Softscape) development from the Conception stage till the Execution & Handover of all Residential & Commercial projects.Design Managementa) To be responsible for landscape design and working drawings (softscape & hardscape) for concepts, schematic elevations showing materials, tile sizes, typical paving details, typical sections, patterns, finishes, presentation, analyze designs of landscape consultants etc as required and for procuring required approvals from Government bodies & to facilitate smooth landscape executionb) To prepare MOEF drawings for tree layout, BMC drawings for Tree NOCs and LEED documents for Green building certification.c) To plan / create design work based on construction schedule , customer needs as requiredd) To be responsible to appoint various consultants like Landscape Architects and other specialist consultants, as may be requirede) To prepare details for outdoor lighting, fountains, wall murals, feature walls, pergolas, sculptures, play equipments in form of drawings and reference images.f) To be involved in selection of materials both hardscape & softscape, electrical fixtures, play equipments and bought out items in conjunction with internal process / norms.g) To select plants / trees / shrubs adapting to the project design & locationa) To assist in design execution of landscaping for interior projects as requiredh) To ensure Value Engineering of design quality, superior workmanship and proper execution at each stage to fit the project within budget.Project Planninga) To be responsible for the finalization of requirements & specifications in consultation with internal & external teams as well as project scheduling including material & manpower for landscape & horticulture.b) To anchor on-site landscaping activities & ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameter and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.c) To participate in project review meetings for tracking progress & troubleshooting & implementation of QA/QC procedures as per norms and standards for landscapingd) To liaise with external agencies, clients, architects and consultants for determining technical specifications, approval for execution and obtaining on-time clearances for landscaping.To maintain all landscaping for our current project and show flats on regular basis.Preferred candidate profileB. Arch / M. ArchWith 08 -16 years of Landscape Designing & Execution for multifaceted experience in specialized area of Designing / Design coordination of

2 projects such as 5 star hotel, Hospitals / Club / Mall / Luxury Residences.

Education Requirement :

B. Architecture / Master. Architecture.

Experience Requirement :

7-12 years of experience in the area of detail engineering.
