Requirement:
  • Have working experience as customer service.
  • Have knowledge for import items and export items.
  • Have local language skills – Tamil or Kannada like south language. as he/ she need to communicate people at their warehouse in Chennai
*Better if he/she come from a trading or logistics company.
Currently, many imports come from outside India (Japan, China, Thailand) and there are many opportunities to talk to overseas suppliers. It’s okay for candidate from different industries if he/she have suitable skills with the requirement.
Job Scope: *Taking care of all process from PO received to delivering to customers.
*Register customer PO into our system. *Create PO and release PO to our suppler based on customer PO.
*Keep on updating delivery schedule to customer.
*communicating with suppler to get the delivery schedule.
*Communicating our forwarder to importing items from suppler at oversea.
*make an instruction to our warehouse to delivery items to customer.
*Issue an invoice to customer. *Communicating with customer for all PO we received. *Communicating with suppler for all PO we issued.
Working time : 8:30‐5:00 (Mon-Fri)
