Combine technical expertise in data architecture, cloud, and engineering with strong leadership, team management, and project prioritization skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage a technical team (20–25 members)Oversee data architecture, modeling, ETL/ELT, and database design (SQL & NoSQL)Manage cloud-based applications (BigQuery, GCP, AWS) and DevOps processesCollaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and delivery timelinesOptimize existing data systems, incorporate new technologies, and ensure complianceCommunicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesRequired Skills:Python, Java, UNIX scripting, SQL, Spark, KafkaCloud expertise: BigQuery, GCP, AWS (multi-cloud exposure a plus)Data warehouse migration, orchestration tools (Airflow, Ctrl-M), API gatewaysStrong distributed systems understanding, software engineering best practicesExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadershipEducation:Bachelor’s/Master’s in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
