Technology SkillsHands on coding skills are a must for this positionCore Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring frameworkMYSQL / Oracle database experience with SQL queries, stored procedures, performance tuningExperience in using Twilio for texting and call management and SenGrid for emailsAnalyze, build and design management reports using data warehouse principles.AWS - Configuration / Deployment / Performance tuningRest based API principles and designHands-on experience with JWT based securityJava / Spring jobs & Batch processing.Experience in integrating external systems using rest API'sKnowledge of Angular JS a plusAbility to quickly design, prototype and follow architecture guidelines

Management SkillsWork with the BA team as needed to groom stories and ensure sprint deliverables are on trackGood communication skills / team playerAbility to manage people with different skill skill levels and eccentricityProvide technical guidance to team members on their deliverablesEstablish development and testing excellence centers to improve quality of productWork with UI/UX designer from tech perspective to simplify and create a better UXAdopt and bring in new technologies to develop a cutting edge next generation productParticipate in product road map discussions and drive technologies towards ease of use and increased customer adoptionAbility to work on proof of concept ideas to evaluate feasibility and ROIHire / motivate and do performance reviews at the end of year for tech teamUnderstand customer pain points and proactively bring solutions to the tableCollaborate with the support head to quickly address production issues and help support staff provide timely resolution to tickets

ExperienceMinimum 8 years of work experienceBachelors Degree and Master Degree in IT/Technology/Management is a must

We enable studio owners to manage several aspects of their day to day operations with different modules such as customer communication & goals, trainer management and lead management. We integrates with several softwares in the fitness industry which include billing and scheduling, wearable devices, body measurement equipment and nutrition tracking to provide a seamless experience for studio owners in managing their customers. We are poised to become the singular platform for operations in fitness studios with a goal to expand our services into other business domains in the future.
