Maharana Pratap Group of Institutions (MPGI) invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics. Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in mathematics
  • Develop and deliver high-quality academic content aligned with the curriculum
  • Engage in scholarly research and publications in peer-reviewed journals
  • Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, and career planning
  • Contribute to academic planning, curriculum development, and departmental initiatives
  • Participate in college-level committees, events, and other institutional responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Mathematics with NET/SET qualification or Ph.D. in Mathematics (as per UGC norms)
  • Strong subject knowledge and effective communication skills
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students
  • Familiarity with outcome-based education (OBE) and modern pedagogical practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Mathematics from a recognized university
  • Prior teaching experience at the college or university level
  • Experience in academic research, conferences, and publications
  • Knowledge of digital tools and e-learning platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹90,000.00 per month
