Senior Collections Associate – International Voice

About the role This role supports a US bank collections voice process, handling calls with US customers to resolve payment issues, negotiate settlements, and maintain high customer experience standards. It is ideal for candidates coming from international call center / BPO environments, especially those who have worked on US banking or collections processes and want stable growth in a compliant, KPI-driven setup. Key responsibilitiesManage inbound and outbound calls to US customers for banking and collections in an international voice process. Explain payment options, negotiate and secure payments, and work towards monthly collection and quality targets. Adhere to US banking, compliance, and data security guidelines while maintaining a professional tone. Log every interaction accurately in the system and work closely with team leaders to improve performance metrics.Must-have profileRecent experience in aninternational voice process(BPO / call center) is mandatory. Strong preference for candidates withUS collections / US banking voice processexperience. Excellent command over theEnglish language– neutral accent, strong listening and speaking skills. Comfortable workingUS night shiftsand rotational weekly offs. Minimum education: (Insert requirement – e.g., Graduate / 10+2 with relevant experience).
