The ideal candidate will lead a team of React developers, define best practices, review code, and ensure high-quality, scalable, and performant frontend solutions.Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of React developers.- Own frontend architecture, code reviews, and performance optimization.- Manage branching strategies, build pipelines, and deployments.- Collaborate with design, backend, and DevOps teams.- Implement testing strategies (unit, integration, UI).- Build responsive UIs using MUI / Tailwind CSS and TypeScript.Requirements:- 7–10+ years of frontend experience, with deep React.js expertise.- Strong in state management (Redux, Context, Recoil, etc.).- Skilled in TypeScript, Git, and CI/CD workflows.- Experience with Next.js, AWS/Azure, or DevOps is a plus.- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
