Job Summary:

Sarvify is looking for an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to join our product team. In this role, you will act as a crucial link between our clients and the technical team to ensure effective and tailored development of Odoo ERP modules.

You'll work across various business domains such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, HRMS, Inventory, and Manufacturing, guiding clients through the full lifecycle of Odoo implementation while ensuring optimal business value.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant
  • Strong knowledge of core Odoo modules and Manufacturing Industry
  • Proven ability to map business requirements with Odoo functionalities.
  • Experience with the full project lifecycle: requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and support.
  • Proficient in conducting functional testing and delivering quality documentation and user manuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exposure to , Odoo Studio, or third-party Odoo apps is an advantage.
  • Odoo Certification.
  • Basic understanding of Python and Odoo's technical architecture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand client business processes and requirements.
  • Recommend Odoo-based best practices to optimize operations and workflows.
  • Lead and execute end-to-end Odoo implementation projects.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to customize modules as per client needs.
  • Perform functional testing to ensure delivery quality and module performance.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and develop documentation/user manuals.
  • Offer post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and change requests.
  • Act as a bridge between cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
