What we are looking for:

Role: Salesforce Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our high energy dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and integration capabilities. As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into technical solutions that leverage Salesforce capabilities to their fullest potential.

Location: Bangalore (On site)

Experience Required : 7-10 years


What you’ll do:

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and provide recommendations.
  • Lead Salesforce architecture discussions and decisions regarding platform customization, integration, and maintenance.
  • Develop technical design documentation that defines the architecture and solution design for complex Salesforce implementations.
  • Configure Salesforce applications, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Perform Salesforce integrations with other systems and applications using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions adhere to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to propose and implement new solutions.


Our ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, and/or Certified Technical Architect preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, APIs, and web services.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
