This role involves supporting the creation of business requirement documents, developing test scenarios, process documentation, assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting project management across cross-functional teams. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the BFSI/Lending industry (withoverall 4-5 years of experience). - Proven experience working with APIs, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the lending sector.
