As our QA Lead, you'll be the last line of defense before features hit production. We’re talking about real-world logistics impact, not just clean green checkmarks.What You’ll Be DoingOwn QA strategy across WMS, Billing, and Shippigo platforms—covering both manual and automation test cyclesLead a team of QA Engineers, set test plans, track execution, and ensure adherence to sprint timelinesDrive functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing across microservices and frontend workflowsCollaborate with product, dev, and devops teams to close the loop on bugs, logs, and test coverage gapsBuild and maintain automation test suites (Cypress/Selenium/Postman/JMeter or similar)Define and track quality metrics: defect density, escape rate, regression trends, and release readinessCoordinate production sanity and rollback plans during deploymentsChampion test coverage for complex flows like order splitting, inventory sync, billing logic, and Kafka-triggered eventsMust-Have Skills6–10 years in QA with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior roleStrong in manual testing of large-scale web platforms and APIsExperience in designing test plans, writing test cases, managing test cyclesAutomation exposure: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similarHands-on with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger) and performance tools (JMeter, Locust, etc.)Strong debugging mindset with log-level analysis (ELK, Grafana, New Relic)Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Jenkins), and agile processesBonus Points (Not Mandatory, but You'll Shine)Experience in Logistics, WMS, OMS , or eCommerce fulfillment systemsFamiliarity with test scenarios for real-world warehouse workflowsKnowledge of Kafka-based event systemsExposure to cloud environments like AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2)Education Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
