Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts, designing logos and branding materials, and working on various graphic design projects. They will collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective designs that align with clients' needs and branding goals. Key Responsibilities Conceptualise and design logos, brand identities, and cohesive digital systems from scratch. Create high-quality designs for websites, social media, brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns. Collaborate with developers to craft UI/UX visuals and 3 D renderings for digital experiences. Contribute to real estate projects, including 3 D renders, visual walkthroughs, brand styling, and marketing materials for property launches. Maintain a disciplined approach to project management, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with brand standards. Continuously explore AI-based and new design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency. Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design, and creative versatility. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects) and Figma. Experience or interest in 3 D design/rendering (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4 D, Key Shot). Understanding of brand storytelling, especially for digital-first or real estate brands. High level of discipline, accountability, and attention to detail in managing multiple design deliverables. Curiosity for learning and experimenting with AI and next-gen creative tools.
