Role Description

Thi s is full time on site role for a BIM Architect with 2 to 4 years experience at JBS Architects’ Colab.


  • Develop and manage BIM models for various projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate and coordinate BIM processes.
  • Create detailed construction documentation and design drawings using BIM software.
  • Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and provide technical support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards and industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to BIM software and processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience working with BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing BIM models, and generating construction documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other BIM-related software (e.g., Dynamo, Rhino, etc.).
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
