  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture to improve productivity and employee satisfaction.

Finance Management

  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and project profitability.
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, auditing requirements, and financial regulations.
  • Implement cost-control measures to optimize HVAC project expenses.
  • Conduct financial analysis for pricing strategies, bids, and HVAC project tenders.
  • Manage vendor payments, contracts, and procurement in collaboration with operations.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
