Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team in a senior position, reporting to the Director of the company. The HR Manager will play a critical role in managing all HR functions and processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about industry best practices and will work to identify gaps between these standards and our current HR policies and procedures. Additionally, the HR Manager will be responsible for implementing improvements to ensure that our HR practices align with the needs of the organization and support our overall goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the performance management system, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to address these needs.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner, providing guidance and support to employees and managers as needed.
  • Continuously assess and improve HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on HR metrics and key initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Experience developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
