Role Overview As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, building, and scaling product experiences that deliver value to customers and the business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams engineering, design, data, operations, risk, and marketing to shape product strategy and execute on it with speed. Key Responsibilities Focus on executing well-defined product roadmaps, delivering high-quality features, and solving user problems with rigor. Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors in the credit card and payments ecosystem. Define product requirements, write clear PRDs/user stories, and own the execution end-to-end. Drive product discovery with design & research to craft intuitive customer experiences. Partner with engineering and operations to deliver scalable, reliable solutions. Use data-driven insights (funnels, cohorts, A/B tests) to prioritize and iterate. Collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal to ensure regulatory adherence. Benchmark against market trends, competitors, and global fintech best practices. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in product management or adjacent roles (BA, consulting, operations, design/eng with product exposure). Strong analytical ability; comfort with data tools (SQL/Excel/BI dashboards). Excellent communication & stakeholder management. Empathy for customers, with a bias for simple and delightful UX. Hustle & ownership mindset; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Nice to Have : - Experience in credit cards, lending, payments, or regulated financial products.
