Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist, located in New Delhi. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing social media advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing conversion rates. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure cohesive and optimal performance across all marketing channels.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills
  • Experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads and performance marketing
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize marketing efforts
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong collaborative abilities and team spirit
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
