Position: QA Lead

Overview

We seek a seasoned QA Lead to own and enhance our end-to-end quality assurance operations. The role demands expertise in .NET and WordPress testing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, multi-project agency environment while guiding and mentoring the QA team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the full QA cycle from planning to release.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Developers to uphold quality standards.
  • Design and execute manual and automated test plans for .NET and WordPress solutions.
  • Manage multi-client deployment workflows and version control.
  • Mentor junior testers and drive process improvements.
  • Integrate automation frameworks and basic CI/CD checks into pipelines.
  • Maintain precise documentation of plans, cases, and results.

Candidate Profile & Tools

  • 4–8 years' QA experience, agency background preferred.
  • Proficient with Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Zoho (or Jira/Asana).
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and leadership abilities under tight deadlines.
