We are currently looking for a highly experienced AI Advisor with over 10 years of expertise to join our team, with potential for extension based on project scope and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic AI Guidance

  • Advise leadership and project teams on responsible and effective AI integration.
  • Provide insights into GenAI and AI model landscapesopen-source and commercial.
  • Evaluate risks (e.g., bias, misuse, data privacy) and propose mitigation strategies.

Model Evaluation & Use Case Realization

  • Support selection and evaluation of models, especially for low-resource/domains like agriculture and governance.
  • Guide on data strategies for model fine-tuning and adaptation.
  • Help translate domain needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
  • Shape and refine real-world use cases from ideation to execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Engage with partners including government bodies, NGOs, and academia.
  • Communicate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders for better alignment.
  • Define requirements for AI features in DPGs and other platforms.

Ethical AI & Data Governance

  • Ensure adherence to ethical AI practices: fairness, explainability, and transparency.
  • Advise on data governance strategies, especially with multilingual or sensitive data.
  • Stay aligned with emerging AI regulations in India and globally.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Masters in Computer Science, AI, NLP, or related fields.
  • 10+ years in AI, consulting, or tech with deep NLP and language tech expertise.
  • Proven track record in model fine-tuning and evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of AI model lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of ethical AI standards and data privacy frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
