We’re Hiring: Junior Coding Instructor (Part-Time | Remote) Location: Remote Type: Part-Time Mode: 1:1 & Group Classes Compensation: Per-class basis NOTE: This role requires someone who can communicate effortlessly with parents and students in Bengali, English, and Hindi . Bengali proficiency is mandatory as you will be interacting closely with Bengali-speaking families. Role Overview We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Coding Instructor who enjoys working with young learners (Grades 1–7) and can make coding exciting through interactive, visual, and beginner-friendly tools. If you are passionate about teaching and want to be part of a fast-growing edtech startup, this opportunity offers the chance to teach students across geographies and contribute to shaping the next generation of tech creators. Requirements Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (with kids) Proficient in the following tools (mandatory ones marked): Code.org (mandatory) Scratch (mandatory) EduBlocks – Intro to Python (mandatory) Pictoblox (mandatory) Tinkercad Teachable Machine Excellent communication and spoken English Strong teaching and presentation skills Laptop with a stable internet connection A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners Bengali Fluency is Mandatory (English & Hindi also required) Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging online coding sessions (1:1 and group) Guide students through interactive activities, assignments, and projects Provide regular feedback and encourage creative problem-solving Track student progress and maintain class reports Benefits Flexible part-time working hours Competitive compensation Ongoing mentorship and training support Opportunity to teach students across India and worldwide Be part of a growing startup shaping the future of tech education
