Role Overview:We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer / Solution Architect to lead the development of our flagship Io T platform. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will drive product architecture, technology decisions, and end-to-end development — from backend services to front-end applications and mobile platforms.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, secure full stack Io T applications.- Own product technical roadmap and guide the development team in implementing modern, maintainable code.- Develop backend services using Java and Node.js and front-end applications using Angular and React.- Oversee mobile application development for Android and i OS platforms.- Integrate with Io T devices and data streams securely and efficiently.- Ensure high standards in application security, performance, and reliability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers.- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and mentor junior developers.- Stay current with emerging technologies and Io T trends to guide future product evolution.Key Requirements:- 8–10 years of full stack product development experience.- Strong expertise in Java, Node.js, Angular, and React.- Proven experience in Io T solution architecture and integration.- Experience with MQTT, Web Sockets, or other Io T communication protocols.- Familiarity with edge computing and real-time data processing.- Solid understanding of application security best practices and data protection techniques.- Experience in developing and deploying mobile applications.- Hands-on experience with microservices, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
