About the role

This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing P&L, analyzing market trends, and developing and executing sales strategies. You will also analyze sales data to evaluate customer satisfaction, identify new market opportunities, and maximize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and manage customers and sales data

Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, evaluate customer satisfaction, and identify new market opportunities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of SAP and CRM software is a plus

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative team environment

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Fluency in both written and spoken English

Requirements

Minimum 02 years of experience in Refrigeration segment is must. 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
At least 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing in the commercial refrigeration industry
