If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as the General Manager for establishing our brand-new facility in Chennai, IndiaAs our General Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading a talented and diverse team in setting up and operating the facilityDeveloping and implementing strategic plans to achieve our business goalsEnsuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholdersDriving continuous improvement and innovation within the facilityYour experience and expertise will be instrumental in transforming this new facility into a thriving and efficient operation. You will need to possess exceptional leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.We are expecting you are an Indian resident, and: University degree or above, major in management science or Electronics related discipline. MBA is desired.Adequate knowledge of operations management in electronics manufacturing, such as production processes, quality control, engineering, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a senior management role, with at least 5 years specifically in a leadership position in the Indian market.Working experience within an international/ multicultural working environment, German company working experience is desired. A proven track record in managing business units with full P&L responsibility.A track record of success in leading a group of 100+ people, the ability to develop and manage teams successfully.Entrepreneurial spirit.Judgement and Decision Making. Collaboration and Influencing Skills.Language - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
