We are currently seeking a skilled ENT Surgeon trained at a premier institute in the country, holding an MS degree, and with a minimum of 5-6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing all general ENT procedures and experienced in using advanced technologies within international standard operating theatres (OTs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of general ENT procedures with expertise and precision.- Work with advanced ENT technologies and provide top-quality patient care.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.- Participate in research and academic development within the department.- Provide compassionate care with an emphasis on patient education and communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional training in Endoscopic Ear Surgery and Cochlear Implantation.- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach towards patients.- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with a focus on multidisciplinary care.
