Overview: The SeniorDeveloper (Microsoft Stack) will play a key role in ourorganization by leading the design development and implementationof solutions using Microsoft technologies. This role is essentialto the success of our projects as the Senior Developer will beresponsible for ensuring the delivery of highquality scalable andmaintainable software solutions.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Lead thedevelopment and implementation of software solutions usingMicrosoft technologies
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to understand requirements and designtechnical solutions
  • Code test and debugsoftware applications in line with bestpractices
  • Provide technical guidance andmentorship to junior developers
  • Participate incode reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement ofdevelopment processes
  • Ensure the scalabilityperformance and security ofapplications
  • Integrate data storage solutionsand data access techniques
  • Stay updated withthe latest Microsoft technologies and bestpractices
  • Work closely with stakeholders tounderstand business objectives and translate them into technicalrequirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve softwareissues as needed
  • Contribute to thearchitectural design and technicaldocumentation
  • Participate in sprint planningestimation and delivery activities
  • Collaboratewith the quality assurance team to ensure the delivery ofhighquality software
  • Adhere to coding standardsand best practices
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Engineering or a relatedfield
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience insoftware development using Microsofttechnologies
  • Proficiency in C# ASP.NET SQL andMVC frameworks
  • Experience with Azure cloudservices and solutions
  • Strong understanding ofsoftware development best practices and designpatterns
  • Excellent problemsolving anddecisionmaking skills
  • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced collaborative teamenvironment
  • Experience with Agile methodologiesand tools
  • Solid understanding of webapplication development and RESTfulservices
  • Ability to communicate effectivelywith technical and nontechnicalstakeholders
  • Expertise in optimizing andenhancing software performance
  • Familiarity withversion control systems such as Git
  • Knowledgeof secure coding practices and vulnerabilityassessment
  • Certifications in Microsofttechnologies is a plus
  • Strong commitment tocontinuous learning and professionaldevelopment
