Job Description: Backend DeveloperPosition Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Java, Spring, Hibernate, AWS, and DevOps practices, with strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  • Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices to support web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure backend systems are scalable, secure, and highly available.
  • Deploy and manage backend infrastructure on AWS cloud platforms.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices for efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Optimize database queries and manage complex data operations using SQL and ORM tools.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production environments.
  • Stay up to date with emerging backend and cloud technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
  • Hands-on experience with Hibernate or other ORM tools.
  • Solid knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong background in SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Good understanding of RESTful API design and application security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  • Familiarity with message queues and event-driven architecture (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with serverless architecture.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java and related technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,300,000.00 per year
