Job Summary:
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Vice President (VP), ensuring seamless coordination of daily activities. This role involves managing the VP's calendar, coordinating travel schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing reports. The Assistant will also act as a liaison between the VP and internal teams, including sales and marketing, while maintaining confidentiality and handling inquiries or complaints. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills to monitor reports and support decision-making processes effectively.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in executive or administrative support roles.
Responsibilities
- Support client directly as the needed, including daily administration, Calendar Management. Travel Schedules, Project coordination, delivering presentations, Answering Calls, ETC.
- To provide complete administrative & Secretarial support to VP.
- To coordinate and maintain schedule of appointments and meeting for VP.
- To maintain confidentiality of information.
- Prepare and co-ordinate reports and agenda for meetings.
- Daily report and monthly report monitoring.
- Coordination with sales & Marketing team.
- Responding the enquires or complaints follow-Ups.
- MIS report.
- Monitoring the purchase and sale details of the distributors state-wise report to Vice president.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Hindi known candidate is preferred.
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively.
