Required Qualifications Diploma in Architecture / Diploma in Civil Draftsman/ ITI Draughtsman Certification (Civil)/ Diploma in Civil Engg./ Other equivalent or higher 1-3 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on residential projects. Expertise in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Revit / 3DS Max / SketchUp, and rendering software such as V-Ray / Lumion, is a must. Proficiency with MS - Word, Excel and Powerpoint. In-depth knowledge of local building codes, by-laws, and regulations. Job Description As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Architect to join our team and contribute to our diverse and impactful projects. This role comes with a wide range of responsibilities that encompass the full spectrum of residential architecture and design.

Key Responsibilities Lead the creation and development of architectural designs for residential projects, ensuring that all stages—from initial concept sketches through detailed working drawings—are thoroughly addressed. Prepare, refine, and manage the production of all types of construction and engineering documents including civil, structural and architectural drawings. Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts internally as well as to the clients. Handle the material specification process, ensuring all materials meet the design and quality standards required for the project. Facilitate accurate estimation of material and labor requirements to arrive at the costing of projects. Contribute to interior design efforts, ensuring that the spaces created are both functional and aesthetically aligned with the overall design vision. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate closely with the project team, including contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects. Conduct site visits to gather essential data, take measurements, and oversee the accurate implementation of designs during construction.
