Job Title: Tableau / BI Developer
Job Type: Contract
Location: Mumbai
Work Mode: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights for business stakeholders.
Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business initiatives and ad hoc requests.
Develop and implement data models that support analytical and visualization needs.
Collaborate with product and business teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and refine visualizations for maximum impact.
Ensure data quality and consistency in all visualizations and reporting solutions.
Communicate insights and analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, tailoring the message as appropriate.
Analyze complex ecosystem of systems, operating models and understand how it impacts underlying data.
Stay current with emerging data visualization and analytics trends to drive innovation within the team.
Required Qualifications:
5-8 years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Visualization, ideally within Financial Services, Technology, or similar industries.
Demonstrated expertise in using BI and Data Visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and Pyramid.
Proficient in SQL, with experience in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis, particularly in Snowflake and Databricks.
Familiarity with data modeling and data warehousing principles and practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solid understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies.
A passion for continuous learning and intellectual curiosity, with a strong drive to tackle complex data challenges.
