Job Title: Clay Expert / Clay.com Specialist (Freelance or Full-Time) We are seeking a seasoned Clay.com Expert to guide ISHIR ( a global software development and technology consulting company, in building a world-class outbound and data-driven growth engine using Clay.You will deep-dive into how leading software development, IT services, staffing, and digital engineering companies (e.g. BairesDev, EPAM, Ciandt, Andela, Turing, Globant, etc.) successfully leverage Clay for prospecting, data enrichment, multi-channel campaigns, and pipeline generation.Your core responsibilities include designing the right data enrichment strategy, recommending and implementing the best integrations (LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, email tools, etc.), building high-converting campaigns, defining the ideal buyer personas and ICP for a software services business, and training our sales & marketing teams on Clay best practices.Must-have: 3+ years of hands-on Clay experience with proven success running outbound campaigns specifically for software development, IT services, or B2B tech services companies; strong understanding of technographic, intent, and firmographic enrichment for the software outsourcing space.If you've scaled pipeline for companies selling custom software development, staff augmentation, or digital transformation services using Clay, we want to talk to you ABOUT ISHIR ISHIR is a digital innovation and enterprise AI services provider.
