: Chartered Accountant – Tax Profile (Funds Services / M&A)


Type
: Full-time | Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays off/month)


Salary
: Upto 25 LPA


Eligibility
:

Qualified Chartered Accountant

4-5 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate tax / M&A tax / Funds tax profile


Job Responsibilities
:

  • Tax Advisory – Advisory on transactions, structuring, and contract reviews

  • Tax Litigation – Drafting responses, handling assessments, and appearing before tax officers

  • Fund Structuring & Compliance – Understanding tax & regulatory framework for AIFs (Income Tax & SEBI)

Tax & Regulatory Research

  • Drafting tax notes, opinions, and deliverables (Excel, PPT, Word)

  • Preparing firm materials, thought leadership pieces & articles

  • Managing client databases, coordinating meetings and calls

  • Supporting fund structuring & compliance for domestic funds

  • Assisting in tax return filing & compliance

  • Tax Compliance – Return filing, TDS, remittance certificates, advance tax


Preferred Knowledge
:

Income tax, corporate tax, and international tax structuring

FEMA, RBI, SEBI regulations & double tax avoidance agreements

Strong communication and technical/legal drafting skills
