Educational Qualifications : Experience :

- Experience in fintech or financial services : At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry to understand the regulatory and compliance environment.

- Proven track record with Oracle BRM : Direct experience with Oracle BRM implementations, upgrades, or maintenance, ideally within a fintech environment.

10+ years of Project Management experience :

- Plan and implement projects

- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables

- Define tasks and required resources

- Collect and manage project team

- Manage budget

- Allocate project resources

- Create a schedule and project timeline

- Track deliverables

- Support and direct team

- Lead quality assurance

- Monitor and report on project progress

- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions

- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs

- Evaluate and assess the result of the project

Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments :


As fintech often involves cross-border transactions and multi-regional compliance issues, experience in international settings is a plus.

Technical Skills :

Oracle BRM expertise :

- Functional understanding of Oracle BRM functionalities, rating, billing & Invoicing system processes, and how it integrates with other systems.

- IT and software development knowledge : Familiarity with software development life cycles, database management, and possibly some coding experience.

- Analytical skills : Ability to analyze data and user requirements to ensure that the Oracle BRM system meets the business goals effectively.

- Functional knowledge of Legal and Regulatory requirements of Billing system implementation in Brazil.

Soft Skills :

- Strong leadership and communication skills : Essential for managing diverse teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Problem-solving skills : Ability to address technical or project-related issues as they arise, with innovative and effective solutions

- Adaptability and resilience : The capacity to handle the fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable nature of fintech projects.
