JOB DESCRIPTION::


SKILL SET: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS-TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT


QUALIFICATION: BE/B.TECH GRADUATES ONLY


IMPORTANT NOTE :: (2+ Years) of project experience is mandatory (excluding Bench & Training & Internships).


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES::


  • Assist with the gathering and analysis of client requirements for SAP HCM SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Create and execute test scripts to ensure the accuracy and functionality of configurations.
  • Configure and test SAP HCM SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning Management, Compensation, and Performance Management.
  • Provide training to end users on SAP HCM SuccessFactors modules.
