Role & ResponsibilitiesHe should possess excellent analytical skills along with the ability to combine different data and calculate profit margins. Our ideal candidate should also be able to create detailed reports that present cost-effective solutions for our company.To oversee expense reports, analyse data on what has been purchased or the incurred costs regarding goods and services received from vendors, and make recommendations about cost-efficiency Collecting cost information and maintaining an expenses databaseConstructing data accumulation systemsCollecting cost information and performing cost analysis; which includes determining, planning as well as recording of various costs like project cost, production cost, fixed cost, variable cost etc.Ultimately, you should build updated databases and manage cost information to maximize profitability for our company.Review standard and actual costs for inaccuraciesPrepare budgeting reports (for the company and for each department)Analyse and report profit marginsPrepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) cost forecastsAssisting in month-end and year-end closingIdentify and recommend cost-effective solutionsPreparing monthly Tax & other compliancesManaging day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting accounting dataCoordinating with different government institutions, customs and tax authoritiesPreparation of projected month-wise income, expense and cash-flow statements
