Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer/Lead to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET technologies, C#, and SQL Server, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and high-performance applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy robust .NET applications using C# and SQL Server.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Maintain documentation for code, processes, and systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development using:
  • .NET Framework / .NET Core
  • C#
  • SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Performance Tuning)
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
