The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing IT consultants and working with various visa types including OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC.Responsibilities :Market consultants through various channels like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.Build strong relationships with implementation partners, vendors, and clientsNegotiate rates and close positions efficientlyMaintain an active pipeline of consultants and ensure regular follow-upsUpdate and maintain submission trackers and consultant databasesRequirements :9-13 years of experience in bench sales or IT recruitmentStrong understanding of US staffing and visa typesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to work independently and as part of a team
