Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Career Banega HR Solutions located in Noida. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives, handling expense reports, and offering executive support. The role also involves effective communication and general administrative assistance.

Qualifications
  • Strong executive administrative assistance and support skills
  • Experience in handling expense reports
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to provide administrative assistance
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
