About the Role - We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience who has worked with established brands. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in designing visually compelling content for both digital and print media. You will play a key role in developing brand identities, marketing materials, and high-quality designs that enhance brand presence.


Responsibilities


  • Lead the creation of brand-aligned graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, packaging, and print materials.
  • Develop creative concepts, Design ideas, and visual strategies for campaigns and product launches.
  • Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines while maintaining a fresh and modern approach.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and new software to continuously improve output.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers as needed.


Qualifications


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work with brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute campaigns from scratch.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.


Pay range :- 35k to 55k per month
