We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist with 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, managing the front desk and providing a welcoming experience for all visitors. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Direct them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, sort and distribute mail, and manage office supplies.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings. Manage a shared calendar for conference rooms.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
  • Office Operations: Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate visitor logs and other administrative records.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of professional experience working as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
