We have opening for the role Back office executive for freshers

Location - Thane

Salary - 15 to 20k in hand

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct credit appraisal, assessment, evaluation, processing, monitoring, verification, and underwriting activities for various loan products.
  • Perform KYC verification and disbursement tasks to ensure smooth lending operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to credit operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 year of experience in banking or finance industry (preferably).
  • Strong understanding of credit assessment, credit operations, credit processing, credit underwriting principles.
  • Proficiency in conducting thorough credit evaluations using relevant tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
