If you are as passionate as we are in making a difference and creating real impact in a fast-paced and wildly creative environment, then you might just be the person we are looking for.Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, defining product requirements and ensuring products meets customer needs- Identify emerging trends, understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams (Brand, sales) and external partners to develop and test new product concepts and prototypes- Conduct Consumer Research & provide actionable insights for Marketing & Product Development Teams- Conduct consumer trials to understand feedback on product & work accordingly- Help with product testing in-house and through labs & ensure quality of the products time to time through quality checks.- Create a report on industry trends & innovationsWhat we look for- Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in science preferably material sciences- Experience of 0-1 years preferred- Passion to work in the wellness space- Experience with market research, consumer analysis.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
