Job Title: Manual QA Engineer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in software testing. The role involves creating and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality and reliability of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements, prepare test cases, and perform manual testing across web/mobile applications.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
  • Log, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and other stakeholders to ensure timely bug resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to QA processes and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in manual testing.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with test case design and execution.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
