About the Job

The candidate will be responsible for solutioning frontend for Randstad RiseSmart's innovative

Outplacement and Talent mobility solutions.


As a member of the UI team, you will :

● Drive independently the building of new features and UI initiatives and acts as a primary point

of contact for the UI aspect of the product in that area.

● Develop code and UI components using best practices laid out by the organization

● Implement the features based on the product requirements and UX designs

● Ensure that the implemented components are unit tested and ready to be

integrated into the product

● Build responsive, elegant and engaging experiences with future friendly web and

mobile technologies

● Work closely with designers, back-end developers and stakeholders to improve

usability

● Implement product features in a variety of applications including single page, web apps and

browser extensions

● Implement efficient and scalable design and code

● Build, enhance and maintain web applications that support/allow different front-end

frameworks to co-exist


What You Will Need :

● BE/BTech/MCA with 3+ years of experience

● Strong JavaScript skills with in-depth knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and

libraries (Reactjs / Vue.js / Angular)

● Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, Sass, jQuery, Bootstrap, JSON

● Detailed experience with coding and the ability to troubleshoot and analyze web applications

using HTML, CSS and comparable languages

● Expert knowledge of browser and device differences / limitations

● Understanding of Accessibility, Internationalization (i18n) requirements for the website

● Experience in REST API integration and debugging

● Continued education and research into UI development trends and current design strategy

and technology

● Understanding of the Agile methodologies

● Familiarity with the tools for version control (Git, BitBucket, SVN)

● Excellent verbal and written communication skill

● Experience in building custom UI widgets (Good to have)

● Knowledge of figma (Good to have)
