Responsibilities
1.Responsibility for the maintenance and preservation of materials in the Stores Department.
2. Efficiently establishing processes in the Stores department to save time, effort, and increase efficiency.
3. Inward management & GRN entries
4. Ensuring that material inward entries are timely and accurate.
5. Coordinating with suppliers, vendors & transporters.
6. Material (stock) management in stores.
7. Preparation of a stock statement.
8. Implementation of the 5S concept in stores.
9. Identifying and developing new suppliers/vendors
10. Conducting a comparative analysis of quotes and finalizing the best quote.
11. Preparation of PO and sending the same to vendors/suppliers.
12. Following up with suppliers until material is received.
13. Ensuring regular and recurring material availability for smooth workflow.
14. Material procurement procedure.
15. Supplier & vendor management.
16. Strategic vendor management.
17. Handling and developing the purchase team.
18. Ensuring that records are maintained in accordance with ISO requirements on a monthly basis.
Requirements

Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
