Key Responsibilities:
Data Maestro: Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement data to empower informed decision-making and optimize operational processes.
MIS Maven: Develop and maintain a robust Management Information System (MIS) to centralize procurement data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility at every turn.
Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and craft dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor procurement activities and performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, and central coordination, preferably within a procurement or supply chain context.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effortlessly.
