As a Java Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support and consultation.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Analysis and Solution Design :

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and technical needs.

- Design and architect Java-based solutions that meet client objectives and quality standards.

Software Development and Implementation :

- Develop and implement Java applications, modules, and components according to project requirements.

- Follow best practices and coding standards to ensure code quality, readability, and maintainability.

Technical Consulting and Support :

- Provide technical consultation and guidance to clients on Java technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of Java applications.

- Perform code reviews and collaborate with QA teams to identify and address defects.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing :

- Prepare technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and release notes.

- Share knowledge and best practices with team members and clients to facilitate collaboration and continuous learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of core Java concepts and principles.

- Proficiency in Java programming language and related technologies (e.g., Spring Framework, Hibernate).

- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
